Does one Smart Digital Profile subscription cover multiple users?

No. One profile subscription = 1 user.

How do I pay?

By card, processed securely online.

How are monthly subscription fees charged?

Monthly subscriptions are charged on the 1st day of each calendar month in accordance with active profiles and touchpoints.

How are services and items charged?

Services and items can be purchased as and when needed from our online store.

Are Smart Digital Profiles and Review Touchpoints priced separately?

Each digital profile includes a review touchpoint. Additional review touchpoints can be added. Each subscription has its own monthly licence fee.

Can I manage my own account?

Yes. Should it be required we also offer training at the listed rate.

Can you assist with account management?

Yes. We have a full suite of design and support services available at the listed rates.

Can TrustKard create the artwork for us?

Yes. NFC card artwork, business headers, gallery banners, branded mailers and a starter design package are available at the listed rates.

What happens if we have more than 1,000 users?

Enterprise Plus pricing is provided on application and tailored to the organisation's requirements.
